Pushkar Festival

Desert Festival
Jaisalmer Festival provides a perfect opportunity to witness the cultural heritage of Rajasthan at its best. It offers a breathtaking display of folk dances, music and drama that reflect the true face of Rajasthan and its distinct culture. The festival is organized in the beginning of every year and offers a variety of other attractions like turban tying competition, camel race and Gair dances.
Elephant Festival
The Elephant festival of Jaipur is organized every year on the eve of Holi. It starts with a procession of decorated elephants, horses, camels and folk dancers who sing and dance as the procession march forward. Some other colorful events of the festival include polo match, elephant race and tug-of- war.
Summer Festival
Take a break from the scorching heat and take part in summer festival that is organized in the month of June. The festival unveils a variety of colorful events that add spice to your vacations. It includes various folk dances, musical concerts and boat races, which is held on the Nakki Lake.
Gangaur Festival
The festival is celebrated across Rajasthan with tremendous amount of zeal and enthusiasm. It commences on the day after Holi and continues for the next eighteen days. Women observe fast during the festival and decorate their hands with colorful designs of henna. They take out processions, singing traditional songs and seek the blessings of the Goddess Gauri.
